A successful Latvian entrepreneur with extensive experience in owning and managing various companies, stands out for his constructive thinking and ability to turn original ideas into reality, leading his enterprises to constant success.

Starting his career in 1999 in the financial sector, Mr. Savickis worked as a customer service manager at AS Lateko banka, a universal bank serving individuals and legal entities. He tailored products and services for each client, considering their unique business needs. In 2000, he moved to work at the diversified holding company Mono, where he supervised various commercial activities both in Latvia and abroad. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Board, overseeing strategic and financial management and personally leading many successful projects.

In addition to his work in the holding company, Mr. Savickis manages the family fund NOI with assets of 150 million euros, a land fund covering over 5000 hectares, and credit companies in Poland with a portfolio value of 20 million euros. Moreover, he heads LPB Capital, an investment division of AS LPB Bank. His expertise has led him to become a consultant to the Board of AS LPB Bank.

Companies under his guidance thrive, such as Sia Union Aviation and Sia Duty Free Trading Latvija, with turnovers of 100 million euros, engaged in aviation operations and wholesale trade of duty-free goods, respectively. Savickis sees the IT field as current and promising, confidently launching IT startups in the United States, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, and Kazakhstan.

Having received his education in economics from Latvian University and obtaining a bachelor's degree, Savickis continuously seeks to enhance his qualifications and gain new knowledge and skills, actively participating in seminars, exhibitions, and various courses.
