With professional experience in management, planning, and optimizing business processes, Anna has proven her effectiveness in both the public catering and logistics sectors.

In her role as managing director of two catering establishments in the historic center of Riga, Anna was engaged in comprehensive management, including supply planning, quality control, schedule creation, and staff training.

Anna also distinguished herself as a leading client specialist in the logistics field, providing high-quality service to the largest clients. She actively collaborated with partners and colleagues, sharing her experience in optimizing warehouse processes.

Throughout her career, Anna has developed abilities to set priorities and task efficiently, as well as identify redundant and unnecessary processes that reduce the effectiveness of businesses.

She successfully applied her theoretical knowledge obtained during her studies at the Transport and Communication Institute, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences in the field of Management, improving business processes in the companies she worked for.
